Buying is big business.
Our Buying Department is split into teams who look after all the different departments and even the different product groups within those departments.
Our Buyers spend time out of the office, forming and maintaining relationships with suppliers and negotiating critical details such as price, exclusivity and allocation in store. You'll have to enjoy travelling and be happy working on your own at times. Supporting our Buyers are a team of Assistants and Administrators who are office-based.
Our Merchandisers are responsible for the performance of stock, analysing trends and dealing with figures. They support the Buyers and make sure that they're making informed decisions when it comes to stock.
On both sides, it's creative, lively, and because the team looks after the needs of all our stores, there are lots of opportunities to move around and develop a fascinating career.
